IMO, don't mess with Lizzies' Customs & Excise boys.. They're not stupid. I imported a few nice Ampegs when the dollar/pound was 2:1 but I don't think it's worth it with current exchange rates unless you just have to have that bass,amp or whatever.

I have a 50W Ampeg B25 which has 8ohm and a 16ohm outputs. I've been running two 8ohm cabs from the 16ohm output using a series cable made up by our very own OBBM. Not had any problems and sounds soooo good I sometimes have a little sex wee just listening to it! ^_^

Tried my EBS Microbass II with a QSC power amp the other day. Really, really impressed! It's been said before and I'll say it again - this is a superb little piece of kit.
