Russ has just bought my TRB6 JP and showed himself to be a very pleasant and trustworthy chap - even keeping his cool when the preamp battery had other ideas...! Many thanks Russ, enjoy the bass. Cheers Grahame

Oliver bought my Alembic F-1X and I found him to be thoroughly pleasant and true to his word. Deal with Oliver in absolute confidence!

Mark has bought my fretless neck and an easier more seamless transaction you'd be hard to find. Awfully pleasant chap and highly recommended!

Simone bought my Bergantino NV412. He paid very quickly and his communication is excellent. On top of this, Simone showed exemplary patience when his beautiful cab arrived seriously damaged and required extensive repair work which lasted nearly four weeks.... So in summary, I can recommend dealing with this man without reservation.

As part of the huge cull I'm having, the next for the chop is my Alembic F-1X. Works very much as it should with no pops, squeaks or burps and will look very nice indeed in anyone's rack. The on/off switch has been moved around to the front panel which I think makes things a little easier. The only downers are a bit of rack rash and two of the screws that hold the top on are missing, neither of which makes a jot of difference to the lovely tone of course. I'm looking for £400 which includes overnight delivery with UPS. Obligatory photo's - Cheers Grahame

I built these around three years ago using premium components mainly because I just love building stuff. Thing is, once I've finished something and I'm happy with it I tend to loose interest and move on to the next project. Here's a link to the build photos - https://grahamebell.smugmug.com/Cab-photos The drivers - 6" mid driver is an 18Sound 6NM410. 15" is an Eminence 3015LF with a 17mm Xmax. Everything used in these is top notch with absolutely no compromise. The drivers have been burnt in and one of them was gigged on stage just the once - other than that, they've not been used. The cabs come with Roqsolid covers and weigh in at just under 20kg each. I'd be looking for £500 each or £900 for the pair which is a LOT less than they cost to build. I've never accurately added it all up, but I think the total cost was around £1400 for the pair.... I'm located at PE28 0LF. They could be posted but it would quite a task packing it/them properly. Thanks for looking ☺ Cheers Grahame

Just sold my Ampeg preamp to Paul and it couldn't have been a smoother transaction. Many thanks Fella!

Here's a shot or three of my home built preamp. Two channels, one based on the F-1X and the other a sort of Baxendall circuit. A selector switch allows you to select either or the third position has the signal running through both. I've yet to tidy the wiring a little more and clip it all into place. Works rather nicely and squeezed into a 1U case. However like most of my projects as soon as I've finished it I'm bored and move onto something else Here it is atop of my Peavey 120W power amp. Absolutely, IMO there's no finer preamp.
