I've sent it to Graham Muir from RayGun Relics for a refinish and relic. And I am very happy with the outcome, but I can't keep it just to look at it. I find myself reaching for Precisions more often.
48th Street was a first American ESP Custom Shop. They've been putting together world class instruments named 48th St. Custom using (Made in Japan) ESP parts. These instruments are becoming very rare. The quality of this instrument is fantastic.
The body is a 5 piece Swamp Ash, Canadian Hard Maple on the neck with very beautiful Rosewood fret board. Japanese pickups from the 80's, hi-mass bridge, strung with brand new DR Hi Beams (45-105).
Comes in a cheap but solid semi hard case.
