1. Lovely place, good food... :-)

3.
I thought this might be more about Chic and Jerry Barnes...
Hahaha :-D
4. It would be nice if somebody who can't afford it gets it. But yeah, not this time.
5. And it's all going to be in E?
6. Tattoo removal is expensive and painful (more than tattoos apparently). And if you decide to get a tattoo - in my opinion - it's for life. It will always be there and it's a reminder that at some point in your life you wanted that particular thing. From my experience - everyone has a different opinion about tattoos. Covers, blast-overs etc is a whole other world...
7. It was this - https://www.gumtree.com/p/guitar-bass-amplifiers/hh-bass-amp-ohm-amplification-cabinet-/1251561090 Somebody is making money on that.

9. Find an artist who's good with lines and talk to him. Examples of exceptional line work: https://www.instagra...ekniuans/?hl=en https://www.instagram.com/krisciezlik/ https://www.instagra...ltattoos/?hl=en Yes, those artists are expensive, but I figured - tattoos are for life and only go for the best.
10. I am sure everyone seen this awesome guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItZyaOlrb7E
11. Some serious moves there... On the other hand, I could watch him for hours: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1N-9-pj-r4
12. To me the jazz bass sounded the best.
13. Same here - there's a lesson on grooves but some tracks in between and oh, it's tasty... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSgw2-Ei3e4&t=1s
14.

He does know about the funk.
15.
not a chance! I don't actually eat large quantities, but it's "all the wrong stuff"
Ha, that was the main reason for my extra weight. And I wouldn't stand a chance either, even at the ''peak of my form'' :-)
16.
I posted that soon after I'd weighed myself and put the figures into a calculator that said I'm officially Obese. AND I'm only 5 foot 3,so I win! I love pies too!
So, you were genuinely interested who would win. Would you have a chance to, you reckon?
17.
Watched the set and really enjoyed it. Fantastic crowd an the band were super tight. Jerry is a really talented and entertaining player but I do agree with a few people here that there was a touch of over playing going on here and there. But then who am I to be calling him out on that, he's on stage at Glasto with Chic and I'm not! I LOVED his tone, to the point where I'm looking into what gear he uses to attempt to replicate it!
Definitely some greasy fills here and there. The rhythm section is fantastic. Does he overplay? Maybe. He's definitely having fun, same as the rest of the band. Isn't that what music is about?
18. I like Chic. They're great.

20. Well, the more I know... I'm assuming he would let it go for 150GBP. It looks like a decent bass for the price though, doesn't it?
21.
I have a list... I used AC/DC to start this on the other thread
How can you be disappointed with AC/DC? They always do the same thing ;-)
22. Seen it on gumtree, what are your concerns?

24. Been playing for a little while, I am looking for a drummer to jam along with. Maybe form a band in the future if it all sticks together. Let me know, I am reliable.
25. I've just noticed HH and posted it here - I think it was a HH amplifier (solid state, obviously), a simple one. And a little 1x15(?) OHM cab. With cover too.
