These are a 6 string set, but you can obviously fit them to a 5 string, either with a high C or a low B. Gauges are 110, 90, 70, 50, 30, 20. Brand new unopened. £20 posted.

There's one bass that I've never played, and always wanted to. No way can I afford this, but have a bump.

I just got this from on here a couple of weeks ago, It was meant as a replacement for my soon to be departed E1010. It doesn't quite work how I wanted it to though, the same as the E1010 doesn't . So I'm going to replace it with separate Chorus and Delay pedals. Here's a link to the original thread. It's exactly as I took delivery of it. I guess I've experimented with it for an hour or two, that's all. That includes UK postage. Trades for a good chorus pedal, maybe EBS or preferably an Analogman. Or maybe a carbon copy analogue delay. Plus cash either way.

I'm probably going to just keep the F1 and do the same thing, F1X into the effects return. The F1 seems to be fime with both Acme's.

Maybe trade also for a good power amp, preferably digital. It looks like I'm getting an Alembic pre at the weekend.

Now for sale only as I've bought a power amplifier to go with my Alembic preamp. I want £395, which is a bargain. This is in great condition, just the usual slight scuffs on the top that these inevitably pick up. [u][b][i]Now £350 for a quick sale ![/i][/b][/u]

These are brilliant cabs, and Gwilym is a great guy to deal with. Buy this someone it's bargsin. It's a million times better than any other 2x10 on the market, and I've owned all of the competition. Bergantino's etc don't come close too these.

I lost out on two gigs yesterday, because I don't have a double bass any more. I don't have a lot to spend, I guess my maximum budget is about £500. I'd prefer not to have to spend any more on top of that. New strings and a set up are expensive. So I'd like it to have a nice low action and reasonable strings. I can travel to collect it, so don't worry if you're miles away from me. It must be a reasonably good one, if you know what I mean I know 'good' double basses cost a small fortune, but a good budget one. Maybe something like a Stentor ? Please let me know what you've got.
