    You could try touching the multimeter pins to the pickups solder points on their underside rather than the other end of the wire.

    He does custom builds to order, typically using real Ric parts. I've not seen a bad word said about ones he's made. Not cheap, though.

    I just knew it was going to be in Paignton; the seller brings in AliExpress instruments and then offers them as rare/custom models at an inflated price.
