  1. Also, do NOT (never, ever, ever, EVER) buy the "Overlord Of Music" cheap tuner/bridge system; it is complete rubbish.
  2. The headstock end which will be the problem area, if the truss-rod is adjustable at that end.
  3. I seem to have lost the screws between taking a mounting bracket off one Pedaltrain and going to mount it on the next. What ones should I use? (I'm always worried the supplied ones are going to snap anyway...)
  4. I'm now almost at the point where I believe that every Fender I see for sale is a fake.
  5. Why anybody would do that has me stumped...
  6. At least the Fender isn't the fake roadworn one.
  7. I was watching that, but I don't need another Thunder. The wonky tuners looked a bit weird.
  8. There might be a clue in that.
  9. Notice it's titled "Ricken"... ...not the full brand name... ...I wonder why.
  10. I sometimes wonder if there are more fake Fenders than real ones.
  11. Someone told him he had to study the bass...
  12. Some years back I was looking at building a set of MIDI pedals and I acquired an old electric organ and removed the pedals for the project. Fast-forward and I've got a "proper" set of MIDI pedals, I never did that project, and the organ pedals are still sat here. Would anybody like those barebones pedals for their project? Collection only - they are quite hefty. I'll try and do a picture, later.
  13. Rest your thumb on the corner of the fingerboard. Alternatively, use a plectrum.
  14. ...and then I couldn't quite get the right sound from the VT Bass, so I put back in my BDDI as a distortion pedal. So now the board looks like this. There's probably a couple more revisions to do to get it just right.
  15. It's gone, BTW;someone had it via freecycle.
  16. The USB on mine is going to a 12-Step MIDI pedals.
  17. I've just put a CIOKS DC7 under my pedalboard; it's good in that every output has the same 4 power options (9/12/15/18V). Plus it has a USB out.
  18. Ah, the sad wings of destiny. ('scuse the graveyard humour...)
  19. I've looked at these, but the problem is I don't like actually playing an 8-string; I either don't press hard enough and get fret bzz fom the thin string or I press too hard and get a sore finger. I've just bought a Digitech Mosaic octave doubler pedal instead...
