Bought this lovely little amp from Wembley Bass Centre, principally as a back up to my main amp. Have used it for some rehearsals but never gigged. Like the relatively simple tone section but is not getting any use at the moment due to the lockdown so am taking the opportunity to lighten my gear load.Plenty of info online Is in immaculate condition with carry bag & locking IEC power cord. Am not looking for trades so please don't ask Have got all original packaging so will be securely shipped. Prefer buyer to sort out their own shipping & will supply weights & dimensions.

Have tried a range of wireless units over the last few of years - started with a Samson 'bug' system & progressed to a L6 G50 which worked well, but sold when I wasn't playing for a while {!!}, as you do. Had a smoothhound which I liked but it didn't like my stingray so sold to to fellow bc'er who loves it. Liked to look of the X-Vive because it took the cables out of the equation, particularly when not using pedal board but ,again, didn't like Stingray and kept getting drop-outs. Interestingly I have the XU3 microphone ststem which I think is brilliant & have no problems with. On to the L6 g10s which worked perfectly for about 6 months then plugged the bug in to recharge & failed to connect so to do. Sent back for repair only to be told parts could not be found - fortunately given full refund. Interestingly this model now doesn't appear on L6 site. Did some research & decided, despite the price, to go for the Shure model, got the GLXD16 Beta at a good price from Andertons. Has the advantage of going on pedal board & also has a built-in tuner. This all occured around lockdown so haven't gigged it in anger yet. Bought a set of Lekato WS-50 just for practice & these seem fine but not going to use for gigs. Technology is wonderful when it works. When it doesn't............

Very well, build quality is really good & significantly less expensive than an equivalent Fender. There will always be the 'nay-sayers' & those who don't like the reliced look but this plays like a dream & I'm not worried about the odd extra ding which I would be if I'd paid significant money for a Custom Shop or vintage model. -

Superb example of Mark's work. From Limelight: Limelight 00180 was ordered as a bit of a custom hybrid. Generally it had 1970's features ("F" neck plate with rubber bumper, plus 1970's Big TV logo with tinted headstock face and spray over the logo - we tend to tint the headstock faces a little darker on the 1970's ones as that is how they tend to go with age) The purple colour was never offered by Fender was but was ordered especially (over a white base coat - I thought it turned out pretty well) It was also ordered with both chrome covers (Genuine Fender, aged to match) and the gold anodized guard was from the 50's and an extra cost option as well. The bass was finished 9th June 2016 so just over 4 years old. It has also been fitted with a Stellartone Tonestyler which has a 10 - position knob to give you very accurate tone changes & much more flexibility especially in the mids. You can find details on Google & they are available from Bass Direct for about £110. Very comfortable to play & everything works as it should. Looks great under lights, the purple over white really stands out & it thumps like a good P-Bass should Comes with a virtually new Hiscox case, width at the nut is 38mm, weight is 4.25kg [ 9.4lb ] but doesn't feel that heavy. Don't really want to sell this but current playing conditions and advancing age mean that I need to cut down a bit on gear, so not looking for trades, there's nothing I want! Will listen to offers but please be realistic! Can ship but would prefer buyer to arrange their own courier. Have got suitable box to send it

Sold my Barefaced Midget Gen 1 to Stew. A little strange because of social distancing but a great bloke to deal with, easy meet up in Tesco car park [well, it's free!] - piece of cake. Keep up the good work mate & nice to make your aquaintance.👍

Bought a Limelight bass from Kevin yesterday. Great bloke to deal with, guitar exactly as stated in the ad & sounded brilliant through his Markbass rig - so good, in fact, that I traded my current amp in today & bought the Casa which sounds great with my BF cab. Top man, buy or sell with confidence.

Like my Xvive but for the fact it doesn't like active pickups, so can't use it with my Stingray as get dreadful high-pitched whine through the cab!☹️

Bought Barefaced 410 from Dave. Pictures in ad exactly mirrored by cab itself. Good communication, amp set up when I arrived so could check working OK. Would have stayed longer to chat but local parking issues prevented it. Great bloke to deal with ,no issues at all, top man Best Geoff😎
