Kapa SG bass. Never heard of the brand. @BigRedX - how would you compare the Yamaha to the YouRock Gen2?

We could have some fun by creating all sorts of conspiracy theories about this one. I wouldn't be surprised if they are batching updates for quiet times. That wouldn't quite explain why the updates sometimes happen during the day however. It could be that they hold updates in a queue, so that they don't happen all at once and make the website non-responsive. (Effectively they would be DDOS'ing themselves). That would explain why the updates happen at seemingly random times. I wouldn't be surprised if an organisation the size of Thomann did have people working 24/7, and that was the time that someone actually entered the new dekos into the system. @Bassassin - the Ibby 760 taking the niche that the HB Deko could take is a blow for Japanese made basses of previous decades getting one over on new dekos.

In my experience it took a fair while for the bass to leave Germany. But, delivery was quick once it arrived in the UK. BotB - I don't have a gig-bag for mine.

If it is possible to sell a signed bass for that much more than the basic bass is worth, then it would be a well paid job buying basses and stalking celebrity bass players to get them to sign it. It reminds me of the person who had Noel Gallagher sign something like a bolt on Epiphone Les Paul Special II cheap. The seller wanted £2500 for it.
