  1. 6x Mogami patch cables with gold Neutrik right angled ends. Great cables, look like they still sell for about £25-£30 each when new. Great condition, never any issues. Downsized pedalboard so no need for these 6 any more. £5 postage or collect from Portsmouth.

  2. Fender P bass, MIM, bought around a year ago from SteveXFR. Sounds great with EMG pickups and fender high mass bridge. Strung with Labella flats. Selling as can't get to grips (pardon the pun) with the thicker neck due to an old wrist injury so going back to the jazz bass. Great condition and sounds killer.

  6. Steve is a great guy to buy from. Bass in great condition and met part way. Excellent communication. Top bloke!
  7. Laney R500H 500w head. A great amp with loads of tonal possibilities and plenty of power! Only moving on as my current band are moving to IEM's with everything going through the P.A. They're discontinued but you can still pick them up online for just shy of £300. At £150 (if my maths is correct!?) It works out at 30p per watt! Any questions just ask. Postage is around £7
  8. Quality Sandberg gig bag, very good condition. Happy to post at buyers expense.

  12. Good condition TC BG250-208. Cracking little amp. Great for home practice or small rehearsals. Not getting the use it deserves currently so looking to move it on. Have owned since new. Also a helicon 3-way foot switch to quickly change between tone prints for sale. £180 for both. Collection in Portsmouth or delivery guessing around £20.
  13. Mint condition Boss CEB-3 chorus pedal. Boxed. Sparingly used, spent most of its life in the box unfortunately. Time to move it on to help fund other ventures! Collection or £5 postage.

  16. Genzler Magellan 800 and Barefaced Big Baby 2. Great sounds!
  17. Ah ok, that sounds like an interesting alternative, although I’m think probably going to stick to getting a bass specific cab. Thanks though!
  18. Thanks, I’ll check it out!
  19. Thanks, that’s really useful! I swap quite a lot between upright and electric bass, playing mostly jazz, rock and pop. Varies from trio to function band mainly, so I don’t need anything huge for trio’s, but need something that can keep up in a 10 piece function band. The three cabs seem to meet my needs on paper, but great to hear how people are finding them in the real world!
  20. Hi all, I'm in the market for a new cab but lockdown means unfortunately i can't go and try any out at the moment. I like the idea of buying British (especially as now it looks like the economy is taking a big hit!), and have been drawn to the Barefaced line, especially the Big Baby 2, along with the DB Embee 12 which looks like an interesting concept. I know there's a lot about BF cabs on here already, but does anyone have experience of both of these cabs, the positives and negatives? Also, I know they're not British, but the Vanderkley 112 MNT also looks pretty cool so any opinions on that would be welcome!
  21. 4.5kg using the bathroom scales.
