  1. Lark’s Tongues In Aspic - King Crimson
  2. I played (no pun intended) one of these yesterday, albeit with a maple neck and board, and was mightily impressed. If I was in the market for a P (I’m not, I’m not, I’m not! 😬) I wouldn’t hesitate to get one of these.
  3. I’ll second that.
  4. I liked the John Myung signature when I played one at a guitar/bass show.
  5. Flying In The Reel - Lone Star
  6. I played one of these years ago and, as you say, it's a bass sound, yet somewhat devoid of character. I did not find it inspiring and was rather disappointed.
  7. Pino and then later Roscoe Beck. However, these days, I tend to try and channel Tony Levin.
  8. A Smith? That’s a surprise, but you are very eclectic in your bass choices. That’s a looker. 👍
  9. Ramblin' On My Mind - Various blues folk.
  10. I’ve used an EBS Unichorus for years. Also offers flange and pitch modulation effects.
  11. Killing Me Soufflé - Roberta Flack
  12. You’re welcome 🤣
  13. Meshell - The Beatles
  14. The Poacher - Ronnie Lane
  15. Short People - Randy Newman
  16. As much as I like 'burst and tort, 'burst and black works a treat too.
  17. This times many. Well played @Fluid Druid, well played. 👏 👏 👏
  18. We Don't Need Another Hero - Tina Turner
  19. Cor! That takes me back to being a young lad. Tennessee Ernie Ford was a staple in chez Ez. The Weight - The Band
  20. Super Massive Black Hole - Muse
  21. What is this ‘need’ word? We don’t use that here if we can possibly help it. I’m just happy that this bass is a considerable distance from me and would mean a 10 hour or so round trip, because, as previously stated - 😍.
  22. Lick It Up - KISS
