  1. The heart wants what the heart wants. Fender offsets are quirky and it that irks you, it’s time to move onto something else.* *You’ll find that there are a good number of enablers on BC, of which I’m one
  2. Given the size and shape of the box, you have a new ironing board.
  3. Cat Scratch Fever - Ted Nugent
  4. In use description and some internal shots here…
  5. Tiger Feet - Mud
  6. Anybody else seeing a resemblance to our esteemed leader? Is there something we should know, @ped?
  7. There's a definite change in tone there, very Ric like and in complete contrast to what had gone on for the previous 5 minutes.
  8. Should I Stay Or Should I Go - The Clash
  9. The downside is that it’s not cheap, at its most basic, it’s a shade over £1400. A few extras (opaque colour, rosewood ‘board, better hardware, etc) and you’re getting up to £1800-£2000. Not bad for a custom instrument, but it would be good to have an off the peg option available.
  10. Okie From Muskogee - Merle Haggard
  11. These Are the Dace of Our Lives - Queen
  12. It should be noted that the pickup position on the SS Jake is proportionally more towards the neck than in the normal P position. IIRC it’s more in the standard, Mustang position.
  13. Cheek To Cheek - Fred Astaire
  14. P bass with T’Bird pickups?
  15. Recognising the background, I just checked The Gallery website, it’s a 34” scale.
  16. Overkill - Motörhead
  17. That looks like just one piece of ash and, if I’m not mistaken, a DiMarzio pickup. - nice.
  18. This ^^^^ ; never a bad thing.
  19. I’ve Had Enough - The Who
  20. Metal or plastic case? It looks like metal in the various images online, but that may not be the case (pun unintended).
  21. Bassists in the audience will be intrigued. If it is the 32” version, you’d have slightly less harmonic overtones, which certainly makes some effects behave better. I see it has the classic, Jaguar upper switching, I assume that this adds more tonal variation.
  22. White Picket Fence - Ben Burgess
  23. Into The Valley - The Skids
  24. The Hole in the Ground - Bernard Cribbins
