  2. Ibby’s take on Suhr’s tequila sunrise finish and a very nice take it is too.
  3. Top review and a marvellous inability to resist GAS . Did you also acquire the Sub4 HH?
  4. and…
  5. Now there’s a gig I wouldn’t mind having. That or an REM tribute. I also fancy an Americana type gig as an excuse to play the EUB live.
  6. Red - Sammy Hagar
  7. Typo perhaps? Replace that d with an m
  8. There it is again, the BC motto - shouldn’t have sold it. Yup, it stings like a genetic combo of nettles and wasps.
  9. The Shape of Things - The Yardbirds
  10. Hip to be square - Huey Lewis
  11. For me personally, nothing. I’m more than happy with the 45-100 cobalt flats, a gauge I’ve used for as long as I can remember, with various manufacturers. However, for those who like the sound and feel of cobalt flats, but have issues with certain strings, due to gauge/tension (as @ghostwheel says, perhaps those coming from LaBella), these could be the answer to their desires.
  12. Pulao Mussels (From the Shell) - Squeeze
  13. Papa’s Got A Brand New Saag - James Brown
  14. Chana Get A Witness - Marvin Gaye
  15. It’s Chapati (and I’ll Cry if I want To) - Lesley Gore
  16. It seems that a fellow BCer threw themselves under the bass bus to save you from yourself. A close shave.
  17. Cut and paste description, another 5 stringer is fanned; not great website work.
  18. Here’s an interesting conundrum. I would like a better gigbag for my Epiphone Casino Coupé and have seen the one that Guitar Guitar recommend for that size of guitar. This would be (another) tier 2 fail, as it’s for a guitar. However, it seems that the bag is big enough to be used for a Mustang, as it is pictured with a Jazzmaster in it (Mustangs seem to fit JM sized cases). Would this escalate it to a full on fail, or keep it in tier 2?
  19. Do some digging into his back catalogue, it’ll be a marvellous journey. If I had to name one artist who made me want to play bass, Pino is that guy (Paul Young, Gary Numan, John Mayer, The Who, D’Angelo, Joan Armatrading, NIN, David Gilmour, Don Henley, to name just a few).
