    😮 Colour me surprised (not). Nothing against Ms Turner, she's very talented, but you'd think they'd shake it up a bit occasionally.

    I'll flick in and out, no doubt. But I'm guessing when I turn it on, I'll get what seems to be a repeat of all the previous years: Ruby Turner, shoe horned in boogie woogie and half cut interviews with the likes of Roland Rivron, etc.

    I was there and it’s true. I picked out the Ricks and my own J type, but the others, although different in nuance, were bass guitars, but as to what type they were was a mystery to most of us. Play what sounds and feels good to you and also, if you’re aesthetically inclined, what you like the look of.

    I still have my polo shirt and orange/grey t shirt. I also had the black/grey baseball shirt, but I wore it into the ground; I miss it. That bass has gone too.
