  1. Start - The Jam
  2. I had one of the first run SUBs and first run Ray34s. IIRC the neck on the SUB was slimmer. However, things may have changed, although a quick look at Ray34 specs shows a 43mm nit width. The Ray24 Classic, on the other hand, has a J style 38mm nut width.
  3. 5 4 3 2 1 - Manfred Mann
  4. Lazy Sunday Afternoon - The Small Faces
  5. Because The Night - Bruce Springsteen
  6. 25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago
  7. Same Old Scene - Roxy
  8. Sleepwalk - Santo & Johnny
  9. Golden Brownie - Stranglers
  10. Bass The World do one of their brief reviews of the Mark Bass Yellow Basses.
  11. Hmm, a Gene Simmons signature bass, with an NS EUB headstock; interesting. However, he's captured you nicely and the Mustang's 2 thumb rests too.
  12. Nosfertu, the bass player (what they were going for I suspect).
  13. The Choux Must Go On - Queen
  14. Bedlam in Belgian Bun - AC/DC
  15. Welcome To The Pitta - Bruce Dickinson
  16. Just have to pick the right player.
  17. Another couple to consider: Bass Collection https://www.bassdirect.co.uk/product/blockhead-bass/ https://www.basscentre.com/bass-collection-jive-bass.html Who knows what they're like, but a very yellow and affordable, MarkBass https://www.bassdirect.co.uk/product/markbass-mb-yellow-jb/ An even cheaper, original run Sadowsky MetroExpress https://www.thomann.co.uk/sadowsky_metroexpress_21_vin_mo_blmp.htm
  18. Turn To Scone - Joe Walsh
  19. Vintage and Cort do J types at new, reasonable prices. However, this just caught my eye… https://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/product/200129355041008--sadowsky-metroexpress-standard-jj-4-string-tobacco-burst-morado
  20. Na Na Naan - Cozy Powell
  21. Free Phalling - Tom Petty
  22. Short scales seem to fit into a mix so easily; sounds great.
  23. If they need it that much, they should be willing to pay for it, especially if you have to put some work in to learn the tunes (maybe you don’t). In answer to your actual question, no I haven’t.
