I am happy i am not the only one i have this problem. And particular in my Gretsch bass the neck on the back not the fingerboard is to D shape like jazz and my thumb to my index finger in my left hand is hurting badly i cant even play it at all. The same happen to me when i played with jazz..

I tried 3 Jazz basses till now i couldent get comfy to any of them.. The neck is not for me at all. Even marcus miller that i like cant say that it felt home to me... In general i dont like jazz basses at all WTF? On the other hand stingray feels to me home.. I love them.. I am asking if is only me?

the only issue i got for my stingray 5 is the weigh (weighs 5 kilos) and the string spacing because i have long fingers i can do better in 19mm spacing.

Go and try marcus miller DR strings and after that tell me about zingy slaping, the coated hi beams color DR affected the zingy thing didnt like them at all..........very good feel have ernie ball slinky.. IMO go for marcus miller..

If you buy a wal will definately not lose the money.. and then spend the rest for a custom bass.. on the other hand Jerzy Drodz has some awsome basses to check .......

I am using this bag and iam loving it it has stickers that grab in the back of the amp So now i have a combo if i want and without 4 sqrews i have a Little MarkII and a cab with 12 inches speaker.. the photos shows the amp before and after..

Musicman for me 2 i bealive the best sound is the 2 band eq though I love both of my musicmans...

i got the solution i put an adapter and then a cable 1/4 it works fine no singnal lose

more of what i found are headphone extensions thats would be a problem isnt it?

I am a bit confused and need some advice. I got the CMD combo 121p Markbass that I love to bits, as you know the combo head is little mark2 so I bought a bag to carry this around. It is very easy to take it out, 4 Allen sqrews holding it in the back. Because is open you need to cover the electronics with plastic board or just put it in the bag. As you know the cable that comes from the combo gets in the ¼ male jack and gets in the input class 2 wiring. How can I extend this cable without having buzzing problems, in order to not fit the little mark in again ?? To use it as a cab amp separately please give me a clue..

i think you love maple fretboard as i do and we use the same bass +B string think of change it to white pickguard and pickup is awsome:P
