SOLD My last Tokai for sale. Made in 1984, L serial number. Lightweight great sound and action.The finish has laquer cracks on the rear but the front face is fine, vintage 60s style saddles and nice nickel plating. There are some Nitro laquer cracks on rear and a few scratches here and there but its roadworn and 30 odd years old! All original,really light colour rosewood fretboard too.After a straight sale £350. Oldies but goldies,jazz sound from 1985. One of the last of the MIJ proper headstock ones. Custom edition. Reverse tuners and no scratch plate holes although a standard fender plate fits straight on if desired. Great jazz tone and neck,hardly any fret wear. Low action and only 9lbs so quite light.Proper old screw thread type bridge too. Their are a few dings but pretty good for 30 years old! I have the candy apple red and a black jazz sound also. Selling as bought another Neuser! After a straight sale,can courier if needed,would be about 20 quid. I am based in Lincoln area. These really are the daddies. 900 watts continuous or 1400 peak. These are fantastic. Done outdoor gigs with these coupled to srm450s and they just push the bottom end, just downsizing. Bought em new 6 years ago for £2200.Used em once in the last year. They have some scuffs and chips but they are marine ply so they handle it. Gorgeous Tokai jazz sound with L------ serial number, made in Japan around 1983,great condition,no fret wear. Couple of dents on the body but excellent for age . Factory jazz/p set up.Great sound and low action,Tuners replaced due to old ones slipping. Weight is 9lbs. After £475 as a straight sale. Can post,comes with a padded gig bag.Truss rod adjusts all ok. I have a couple more jazz sounds for sale too, one white and one black with standard jazz config pickups. Will add pics asap.

Bump for a great lightweight cab

I have a sofa like that! Hold on a minute,thats my house lol. Seriously its a great bass ,I seem to remember it weighing around 9 1/2 lbs. Wish I had the cash,I would have bought it back. Mk2 Kawai f2b 3d bridge and different switch arrangemnet too. Best finish on these also. GLWS
