2. Top guy Simon. Bought my Mesa 400+, paid quickly, friendly and excellent communication at all times... Hope you enjoy the amp. Thanks!
  3. I always ask to be paid in pounds and not the equivalent on the buyers currency so it's down to the buyer to send me the very same amount despite of what the exchange rate is. I've done a few deals abroad and I've never had a problem doing it this way...If I sold something for £500 that's what I got paid.
  4. I use my SVT 4 Pro Monobridged into a Bengantino NV610 and couldn't be happier! In my opinion the 4 Pro is a great amp despite of what many people have said about them...I had one sold it, tried a few different brands and went back Ampeg so this is my second one and I'm not changing it for anything. The cable, as others have said, is dead simple to make.

This one was the twin of now your Sadowsky
Good work! Good luck for the final. I lived in Horsham in the early 1990s and my first ever band was in the Battle of the Bands three years running. We came 2nd, 3rd and erm unplaced respectively. Does it still take place in the bandstand outside Waitrose? It were all fields, etc.
Thanks mate! Never played the BOTB before but yes, the Final is still on the bandstand, the heats were at the Chamaleon Club, beneath the bowling. Yes, still all music styles competing together...reason I'm not confident of winning it

    VT Bass Deluxe
We have the VT Bass Deluxe in stock. Sound wise it's the same as the standard VT Bass. So you simply need to decide whether the presets, XLR, effects loop, dual inputs and parallel out are worth the upgrade.
Any discount available for Basschat members?
I've just got one of these although I'm still "testing" it. If you're going to use the VT Bass for gigging then the Deluxe is a 6-trick pedal as opposed to the standard 1-trick pedal. If you like the sound of the standard VT Bass then you'll like the Deluxe version 6 times more! The dual inputs are incredibly useful if you use more than one bass. I can't see that I'd ever use the XLR as I'd always use the one on my amp but it would come in handy if you have an amp failure as I did recently. The only drawback is the price but it is definitely worth shopping around. Regards,
Thanks for the advice. I like my VT bass a lot and all the presets seem like a very useful thing to have, different sounds and levels of dirtyness.

    VT Bass Deluxe

I'm quite happy with my VT pedal and I'm considering going for the Deluxe version because of the Presets and XLR output. Any experiences anyone wih the VT Bass Deluxe? What are your thoughts?
  19. Guys, do not hesitate, Chris is a top gentleman. Thanks Chris and I hope you enjoy the bass.
