Line 6 G30 wireless Well used and working but belt clip on transmitter missing, battery cover slightly loose - big elastic band holds it in place snugly, velcro on base of receiver. Boxed with patch cable and power supply. Recently upgraded so surplus to requirements. Can post in UK for additional £5

Mine has Seymour Duncan Quarterpounders in. The original pickups were long gone when I got the bass.

I neglected my Aerodyne for too long so I got it out the case, tweaked the setup and bought a decent strap to get it back on the gigging rota. I forgot how good this thing sounds.

It plays great. It sounds great. But the active EQ is not for me and it has no tone control in passive mode. I also have a couple of other PJ options that get more use (Aerodyne Jazz and Overwater). I'm actually now thinking of changing out the EQ preamp for something else rather than sell this (as no-one seems interested). -
The sound from the neck pickup on a Jazz 'resembles' a P pickup but I find the P generally has more lower mids and because you can adjust the height of the two parts independently , you can get a fuller more even sound.

So glad it arrived safe and sound. I had a hipshot d-tuner on it! The reason it took so long for me to sell was I was waiting for a d-tuner for my American P-bass. I always try and take the Hipshots off and keep them because I know I will eventually get another bass that it fits. Anyway, it's a great bass - in some ways better than the American twin that has replaced it (neck is slightly thinner). Hope you enjoy it.

I've gone even more hard rock by putting Seymour Duncan Quarterpounders in it. 🤘

Just had my Aerodyne in for a setup. Guy sent this photo - looks great. I might have to keep it now!

TC Electronic RH450 class D amp Fully functional but with a few scrapes. Knobs have been replaced. These are great amps with three memory presets, semi-parametric 4-band EQ, Spectracomp and Tubetone. Only selling because I've replaced this with an RH750. Trades considered for a modern 4x10 cab (especially Markbass, Barefaced).

I always get them from Bass direct. Always need to order them in from the US so takes a few months to get them.
-
Finally received the Hipshot I ordered for the American P-bass. Easiest fitment of any Hipshot I've ever fitted.

I don't consider anything with more than 4 strings to be a "bass". Just unnecessary complication....
-
Compared to many gearheads, my collection is small at just 8 basses. However I have limited space and am constantly having to move cases/bags out of the way. I need to sell 4 basses and probably a couple of 6-string guitars and some amps too.
-
I have come to realise I have way too many basses. I pretty much only use my two black Fender P-basses now. There are two that I will never sell - my Washburn Status that has been with me since I was 17 and my Overwater P-bass that was built to my specs. I think everything else bar one of the Fenders will have to go through this year. 😱

Wow. Proper bit of history. Some of my favourite players used Alembic - Jason Newsread and John Entwhistle spring to mind.

There was a lefty Hohner B2a on eBay recently.

Interesting. I now have three 2021 P basses - a Player, a Player Plus and an American pro 2. All three have different necks. The Pro 2 is noticeably chunkier. Haven't decided what I like best TBH.
