Fantastic pair of Mackie Thump 12A monitors with power leads, two 6 metre XLR cables and stands. Very powerful at 1300watts each. Never taken out of my home studio, no marks, scuffs or dents anywhere they are in as new immaculate condition and are only six months old. Hardly used as having recently moved house i've downsized... intended mainly for playback but they are too big for the room so aren't getting any use. These are the newest V4 model with the flush fit grills. They have the original boxes and packaging. Compact and surprisingly light as with most pro audio monitors these days they are made with ease of use/transport in mind without sacrificing sound quality and punch.

Was curious to see what it would look like with an imaginary Black pickguard....

All trades considered.....Lakland, Stingray, Fender....WHY?

Hmmmm....If somebody has any of the following a trade is possible... Stingray or Ray34/35, Fender Jazz, Sandberg TT, Lakland DJ4/5 even though i've just sold one i knew i'd regret it. Active or passive, try me... I will add the 'Supreme' is exactly that but i can't really justify having it sat around the studio to be played on a track once every 6 weeks or so. I don't gig and i'm not in a band i just work on a solo project. Cheers

Sandberg California TM4 Supreme. Bought new by myself in November last year. Never gigged, rehearsed or left my home studio. Currently has a Hipshot drop tuner fitted which i'll have taken off and replaced with the original machine head for the new owner...If you want it left on no problem, you can have the original machine head also. Strung with D'Addario EXL170's which are 5 months old. Zero fret. Pull Switch passive mode. Split coil switch for MM pick up. Comes with the Sandberg gig bag supplied from new which is unused. Really lovely instrument in every way and in superb condition. Weight is 8.5 pounds - 3.8 kilo's For the amount of use it gets it's such a waste to have sat there looking pretty! Possible trades. The cheapest i can find one is in Musik Productiv in Germany @£1495 so my asking price of £1200 sounds fair and about right considering the condition. They are a lot more in the UK if you can find one I can deliver within an hour or thereabouts of Worcester....Postage isn't really an option as i don't have anything to ship it in as i used the original box/packing for the sale of my Lakland. When you say "currently wired as a passive bass" i'm assuming this is a standard passive DJ4, right?..... Or am i missing something?

Yeah, the guy who was selling it couldn't give me much info about it's age etc and claimed there was no serial number on the bridge because it was Japanese.....Otherwise i would have bought it....

Ah.....the one you bought from Ebay that had people scratching their heads about the serial number.....Did you get to the bottom of that at all?

Thanks, t'is a cracker indeed.....It's Yamaha!, but not getting the use it once got....and just to add - my main basses now are very similar playing instruments in terms of neck feel and general playability which by design is what i was trying to achieve, the 1004 is a great bass but in relative terms it feels/plays very different which is the reason for it's sale.

It's in drop C Richard, CGCF, the nut hasn't been filed at all. 110 gauge low E fits nut fine....Would probably go to a 115/120 before that would need doing.
