These are basically a German-made Rockbass, before the Chinese versions came into being. Not a ridiculous price but still a bargain nevertheless. -

MXR Poly Blue Octave is a very versatile pedal. It has +1, +2, -1, -2 octaves plus dry level. Also has built in fuzz and modulation. I love mine, it can do a lot. Its very forgiving unlike most octaves I've used, I'm quite a clunky sounding player and it tracks just fine.

My (now deceased) best mate used to be the Malcolm in Livewire. They are a properly committed bunch and well worth a watch if you are a fan of ACDC As @Rosie C mentions, the 2 part set with different singers is a nice touch. Highly recommended 👌

I spotted a Washburn A10 guitar on FB marketplace for £80. The guy selling it was clearly not short of a few quid so I didn't feel bad at all when I sold it for 5 times as much.

Charles' version of Mad World shows what great touch he has. Great player, and knows how to play at social meeja too. Fair play to him 👍
