  1. It certainly doesn't sound like there are any velocity changes on the video.
  2. Was not expecting that! R.E. the Soloking - no 5-string, I'm out.
  3. I use an American designed amp made in China into a Polish cabinet! 😀
  4. Norman Watt Roy should be in the list I reckon
  5. Funnily enough it was the combo version of that! £160...
  6. One of my oldest mates and sometime musical collaborators produces music under that name!
  7. I don't need it and definitely can't afford it but my goodness I want it! Somebody buy it quickly please.
  8. Out of interest roughly whereabouts in the world are you? I saw a bargain just now but no point sharing if its miles away!
  9. 250 watts, I've not had any problems with volume.
  10. That TC combo I linked is an easy one hand lift. I have one, they are good.
  11. https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/483551-tc-electronic-bg250-115-bass-combo-£120/
  12. This refers to pickup positions. 70s spacing has the bridge pickup half an inch closer to the bridge.
  13. A TC Electronic BG250 208 would fit the brief too. Similar money 2nd hand to the Rumble, and have Toneprint on board too.
  14. I just got back from seeing Queens of the Stone Age in Birmingham. Simply awesome, would 100% recommend.
  15. Dadford and Sons surely?
  16. Some mates of mine perform as the Sad Dad Club. I suspect one of their kids came up with it.
  17. I used to break Tortex all the time, so much that I stopped using them. Dunlop nylon .88s don't have this problem, or the Dava control picks that I prefer.
  18. Because at that time old P basses weren't very valuable.
