  1. Don't want to derail the thread, but whose shared Calender do you use? Looking for recommendations.
  2. Same here...sorry Al.
  3. Neil Finn is a very decent song writer though....might get some new material that worth listing too....😎
  4. I might have this wrong, but I seem to recal that there was some kind of earth wire that you had to re attach when you took off the cover, which isn't a five minute job on 4003. Is there any chance that you didn't put it back properly when you took your cover off....?
  5. Really? The cover that was fitted to a new 4003 I had a few years back was plastic with some kind if chrome plating on it. Made no difference to the sound when I took it off. Did mean I could play it though.
  6. Can't get them on DAB where I am but I liked the station a few years ago when Rick Wakeman had a show on Saturday which was good, Rick was funny and he played some good music too. Can't comment on its current format but it was always a case of liking one or two songs out of a every 6 to 8 played, and occasionally hearing something new and good that you'd not heard before, pretty much like every other radio station, commercial or otherwise IMO.
  7. In mint condition with only a couple of scratches.....
  8. OK. I'm in. 1988 Wal MK1
  9. Just received the Boss Flanger from Steve. Great guy to do business with, would buy from him again.
  10. Bought an MXR Overdrive Pedal from Dylan. Pedal as described, great comms, timely delivery, nice guy too! Would buy from Dylan again, recommended.
  11. Just heard back from James, I've PM'd with his response.
  12. OK. I'll send James a message and see what he come back with. Stand by!
  13. I've just had a good look at James's Facebook page and he now resides in Athens.....which is a shame because he is very good. If you like I can message him and ask if he can recommend anyone local.
  14. Try James Stathatos he's based in Brighton and teach DB and electric bass. I had some lessons from him a few years ago and I thought he was really good and a nice guy too. He is on Facebook , LinkedIn and Musicteachers.co.uk. I hope that helps
  15. I've put my Suhr J Bass with the Gallery to sell for me and I'm very happy to accept their commission. They get the right sort of customers for this bass through their door and browsing their web site etc, plus they will ship...meaning I don't have to. I could have put it on eBay and suffer the charges from both eBay and potentially PayPal and in all likelyhood have to ship it too (not to mention all the tyre kickers with stupid low ball offers and so on) So all in all I beleive that for a high value bass, like mine, a commission sale at places like the Gallery do represent fair value.
  16. Good to know it's gone to a good home.
  17. No problem. I can confirm that in a band setting it works brilliantly and personally I didn't find it especially noisy. Buy with confidence!
  18. Thanks Baz for speedy payment and great comms. A pleasure to deal with.
  19. I recently purchased a TC Sub n Up from Risk101 of this parish which means this pedal has to be moved on to make room on my pedal board. It is in great condition, but no box, instructions etc. It also has a strip of Velcro on the bottom. It works as it should and is easy to use. These seem to be about £147 from most reputable outlets so here's your chance to grab a bargain. £70 includes UK mainland postage. Message me to discuss any details. Cheers!
  20. A Gentlement and a Scholar! Highly recommended seller, just received the TC Sub n Up pedal from David, as described and no messing about. Good communications and very helpful. Would buy from him again.
  21. Just to be clear as I've had a couple of offers for trade against this bass. I'm looking for a sale only folks. All reasonable offers considered. Thanks.
  22. Not yet, still available for the right offer 😀
  23. Yep, I was there too! A great gig.
