Hi Folks My band has had to pull out of a gig in Lancing, West Sussex this coming Saturday so I'm working with the venue to try to find a replacement. It's a Royal British Legion Club, so the audience is quite MOR/sing-along/pop-tastic - if that makes sense? Money's quite good though, and they're a friendly crowd! I've already got feelers out for this locally, but I thought I'd also try here on Basschat because BC always seems to come up trumps in the average gigging bassist's hour of need! Brilliant idea and an amazing outcome! Just what these Bass Bashes are really perfect for IMHO.. This is something that we should do at the SE Bash perhaps, with Jazz basses?
