Now SOLD Hi Folks, Up for sale is my Squier Classic Vibe 70s P Bass, which comes fully set up and has the benefit of being upgraded with Fender Original P Bass pick ups, so it really does sound good! I'm looking for £SOLD for the bass, which I think is reasonable given the bass would cost £360 new and the pick ups about £90. These pick ups really do sound good to my ears - the sound is exactly what you'd expect from a P Bass, full, throaty and with lots of attack and presence. As can be seen in the photos, it's in almost new condition and since I bought it at the start of the year, I've only used it for a few rehearsals. It really does look great IMO, and it plays really nicely, though obviously that's a very personal thing; I tend towards a medium-high action, but everything is working as it should so it won't be difficult to adjust it to your preference. Strings are D'Addario nickels, 0.45-105s. Having had too many negative courier issues over the years with bass , I'm not comfortable with posting this but would consider it if absolutely necessary. Fabulous looking and very rare bass; you really don't see these for sale too often! I remember trying one out at the Bass Centre in Wapping years ago. Along with early Overwaters, Pangbournes, JDs, Mansons and Wals, these were part of a flourishing wave of boutique British built basses at the time. Anyway, I'll stop reminiscing now and just wish you the best of luck with your sale.

The CTM-100 is a great amp, and if I'm not mistaken, this one was built in the UK, which probably makes it even better. I imagine the combination of the CTM-100 with this particular 410 is pretty epic sounding too! GLWTS

I definitely don't, Chris! Much as it'd be great to see you and revisit Clackett Lane etc, etc, buying another amp would be a potential major health risk for me here at home.. 😉😁 It's a rare, high quality amp you're selling, so no doubt it'll find a good new home soon. GLWTS 😊

Eq flat all the way, when I used the amp at gigs and rehearsals.. It's inherent tone is pretty much spot on, no matter what bass I used it with. I generally preferred to have the drive switch in all the time as I like the extra colouration it gives to the sound.
