  1. Same for me with my jazz elite, it’s by far one of the best jazzes I’ve had and I’ve had lots, I’m actually looking at another one in a different colour
  2. @Horizontalste not sure if you’ve tried this one, it’s a great song with a nice Bassline to play, and transcribed by ChrisDev https://basslessons.be/transcriptions.php?i=417
  3. You must remember this classic , the bass just drops
  4. My all time favourite band, saw them many times back in the day, this is a good one from ini and a nice Bassline to play
  5. They haven’t in the last 3 years so I can’t see it happening any time soon
  6. About 4 houses down from me there’s a group of guys who use their summerhouse for band practice every 2 weeks on a Sunday afternoon, they play heavy rock and are really dreadful, all out of time , the drummer is too loud and you can’t hear the bass, I often want to knock , not to ask them to be quiet but to tell them to get more practice in and sort their sound out , or even better, play some reggae 😁
  7. What was the cash converters one up for
  8. That was on my reverb watch list and it disappeared a while back, it’s been for sale for quite a while so I’m guessing they would take an offer, if I wasn’t looking for something else I’d have it, that neck pickup looks so good
  9. Having had and have lots of jazzes I’d say the US ones are worth the extra, the Mexican ones are very good but I’d say the us ones just have the edge and I’ve never had a bad one, perhaps I’ve just been lucky, my 62RI was exceptional , just my opinion of course 🙂
  10. I’ve always been a prodigy fan on the side and I’ve heard some of their tracks referred to as jungle/dance , I’d say more dance myself but similar tempo
  11. My eldest boy is a big jungle fan and my youngest is more into D&B so I would say it’s an age thing , I think jungle tempo tends to be faster with more lyrics, I’ve been to quite a few clubs with them but didn’t last all night 😁, this is a memorable one for me
  12. I have 3 favourites myself and they all have different styles of playing Flabba Holt- roots radics Robbie Shakespeare - sly & Robbie & Black Uhuru Aston Barrett- Bob Marley I don’t know if you’ve had a flick through the Reggae thread here but there’s lots of great tunes there, might be worth a listen 👍
  13. Do you listen to much reggae, I was brought up with it so I kinda get the feel for the Bassline quickly, what I find is sometimes less is more, leaving space is important and don’t rush it, playing slightly behind the beat gives it more of a less rushed feel, it’s hard to explain, you may have already seen this video , he breaks down the great Bassline Police in Helicopter ,don is a great player and has some good tips
  14. I think in Edit profile you might have to have ,Enable status updates, turned on
  15. Yeah sounds really good meterman, good luck with your sales ☝️
  16. Could they just be having a company restructure, I’ve read that management positions also went, who I work for do this every 3-4 years
