    They get better with time as well, maybe a bit warmer sounding but nothing drastic, they really matched my precision’s well

    Thanks Rayman, at the time I was playing heavy dub with old labella’s which I still have so they probably would have been a lot brighter ,but now I dabble in a few different types of music (badly 😁), nearly all my basses have LTF’s and the TI’s are a similar tension so I’m quite looking forward to trying them

    I don’t really use pedals as I really like the sound from the valve amps, but I do have a few, obviously it looks safe to do this but I’ve always been a bit nervous thinking it would damage the valves or something, can it cause any issues?

    Thanks for posting some great tunes @taunton-hobbit 👍, someone on another reggae forum i visit reminded me of this track that I hadn’t heard in a long time, anyway I went down a bit of a rabbit hole searching and there’s lots of great variations , I’m sure you’ll recognise the riddim .

    Same as many basses from this era , it’s a player’s bass and I think that’s reflected in the price , if it wasn’t for the rout in the back I’d be tempted, but that’s just me
