  1. Absolutely, his technique and control of the notes is amazing, Freddie and Sean Hurley are definitely up there in my favourites list
  2. Love this, shabba on vocals too
  3. I’d pay 6k if it made me play as good as him 😁
  4. This seems like a good place to put this video, Freddie is such a great player
  5. Yeah very from the previous ones I’ve seen before, I do keep a bit of an eye on them in case a cheap white one comes up
  6. This just popped up on eBay https://ebay.us/m/v4f23L
  7. Beautiful Rob, looks great
  8. Quick thread revival for this track, nice beat
  9. That’s great thanks, I do cover them over when away
  10. Quick question for you valve amp users, these days I’m abroad a few months at a time when I can , do you think I need to get someone to turn them on and move the knobs and switches for me to keep them in use, or are they ok just left a while, it’s mainly my V4B, PF50T and Ashdown LB , thanks
  11. I’m sure I remember you having this one b5, I had a look and I think it’s ended, hope you got it edit, they must listed it again , sorry
  12. Been going through this by Burning Spear today, I’ve got all the notes but keep drifting ahead of the beat and need to slow it down
  13. Could i be curious and ask what you ordered
  14. Yeah definitely, I really like those too with the black blocks , wonder why the tuners were changed
  15. A couple for a Friday, first up is one we all know and always good to hear and on a heavier level Hopeton Junior, quite a dub mix at 3.10, love this
  16. I did that once on one of my jazzes, I superglued it back and it’s been there for about 7 years, is that a possibility for you
  17. I suppose there’s good and bad in all different ones , I’ve never had a bad American one myself , neither has anyone I know, you get what you pay for
  18. In glad you’ve mentioned this, I often hear hear how there’s not much difference between a squier and US made bass, in my experience there is a big difference, I bought my nephew an affinity jazz and it felt and sounded nothing like my CS and AVRI jazzes, it was an older one and I’m sure they’ve improved since, I can’t say if the price difference is worth it because that’s up to the individual , they both do the same job but I think it’s what makes you happy and feel good playing
  19. Miss Reggae helps me choose them, I showed her a nice 66 precision the other day and she said, not another sunshineburst colour 😁
  20. Never seen that one before with an R, could it be a custom build
  21. I’ve got one, there’s a thread on it somewhere, can’t remember if I paid £80 or £100, I’d say it’s well overpriced
  22. I prefer my B2A in active mode, flicking that little switch really adds some low end, I’ve got the labella flats too, absolutely ideal for my reggae and dub
  23. Labella Olinto are purple with a white stripe
  24. Hi, Labella only do 2 strings with purple silks, the low tension flats are like this
  25. Nice chill out one this morning
