Even though I usually play jazzes I fancy an early 70’s precision, while browsing I came across this, it’s a bit pricey for me because someone famous owned it , but what a beautiful precision , it won’t let me post the link

Never heard of it so I had to google it, and I just don’t get it , I think it needs some bass 😁 -
I’ve never thought of where my stuff came from really, I just buy the best of what I like, my basses are mainly US jazzes and precisions but some are Mexican, also Yamaha and hohner, cabs are barefaced and markbass, amps are Ampeg and Ashdown, so there’s quite a mixture in there

Your right, the LTF’s are String gauges: .042, .056, .075, .100, really nice strings and well balanced 🙂 -
Discogs is good for info sometimes, I think Augustus pablo was on that label for a while many years ago

Not a favourite but for a change I’ve been learning, Good Times by chic, and I stumbled across this channel , it’s all different songs with no bass which is great to play over, I even tried the Unforgiven by Metallica 😁

Heard this track from Lopez Walker, I didn’t know much about him but apparently he only made four songs at channel 1 , shame he didn’t continue
