  4. I’ve been going through just about everything U Roy did recently ,and I know quite a few of the original songs but I don’t recognise this one, I’ve exhausted my search, any ideas anyone
  5. Really liking this with the Swedish rapper Papa Dee who I only recently heard of, it’s a great album and has a version of one of my all time favourite tunes on which is , A Little W ay Different, the great Flabba on bass

  13. That’s cool, I’ve always got a bass next to me in the living rooms, if it’s nearby I pick it up more often to noodle or practice things I’m learning
  14. Matumbi and Rock , check out part two at 3.31, you don’t hear this version very often and it’s got nice variations in the Bassline

  16. I don’t have any squires myself but I set one up for my nephew, yours looks really good and the fender rumble is a great amp, well done, I think you’ve got a good setup there
  17. I’d say more guitar based ,but it has a bass section and it’s ok

  20. It was taken from one of Linval Thompson productions, Wayne Wades African Monica, not sure if Freddie McGregor did it too, it sounds like his style
  21. Was listening to the Anthony Johnson album Reggae Feelings today, its good rough dancehall style with Flabba on bass and the Roots Radics , my best track
  22. I was quite surprised how expensive the Gibsons were, the ripper was over £400 , I’ll show a pic later
