  4. I saw that this morning, looks really nice and in good condition
  5. The ones I like are the sunburst maple with the black blocks, the Aston Barrett style, a friend of mine sold their one a while back and didn’t even tell me
  6. I never really used to look at maple fingerboards, I’ve always gone for rosewood, but I’m quite liking them now , I think I need one 😁
  7. Bassbros have got a nice 73 P in , if it had the original pickups I’d have been tempted https://bassbros.co.uk/product/1973-fender-precision-bass-6/
  8. Veering off topic here 😁, but one of my local shops does a donner kebab pizza
  9. Same here, after many many amps it’s the one I’ve settled on, can’t see me using anything else in the future
  10. If a precision or jazz came up with the exact date month and year on the neck stamp I’d be seriously tempted to buy it, but I haven’t seen one yet
  11. the pf50 through the same cab the big baby ll can go fairly loud but I’d say the v4 is much louder, it has a different sound though, a bit hard to explain, the eq works really well and you can get a nice warm tone, great with a precision
  12. Very nice ped 👌
  13. Hi BA, I’d say no, the V4 is louder
  14. A few sent over to me this morning by my son from his playlist . .I was glad he sent this as I haven’t listened to it for a while
  15. I’ve bought from them before too and all was good and nice people, they do get the occasional vintage bass or two in
  16. Thanks for the heads up BB, always good to know
  17. Exactly what I thought ez, sean covers a lot of things and Ian is a cool dude too
  18. Guarantee you will like this one John , I’ve seen it twice and gonna watch it again
  19. If anyone is a fan of Sean this is a definite must to watch, he’s the only non reggae bassist I follow, it’s fairly long but well worth the time, I’m not familiar with the tracks but he breaks down how he played the basslines and the chord structures , such great knowledge
