  1. If it’s all original with the OHSC I’d say it’s a good price, I haven’t seen a 72 under £3500 for quite a while, and yeah I wouldn’t risk it without checking it out first too
  2. Yeah it’s not the best advert is it, and having to ask for all the necessary pictures can be a pain
  3. If it all checks out and with the original case 3k is a very good price , my guess is this will disappear soon where someone will make them an offer
  4. I found this, sly and Robbie produced one of their albums
  5. The B side
  6. I’m not sure t-h , I don’t know much about the band, apparently they were called T4, it says Jamaican vocal group who started in the early 70's as "Home T-4". In the late 80's they shortened their name to Home T. Members:Leroy Palmer, Michael Spence, Mikey Bennett, Orville "Bagga" Case, Rudolph "Ruddy" Manning, Sheldon Bernard, Tony Anderson (3), Winston "Diego" Tucker
  7. Listening to a big compilation today I heard this, I remembered the track but couldn’t remember who it was by, from around 1980
  8. It’s a great track myke, strangely I didn’t listen to much of his stuff back in the day, it’s only the last few years that I’ve been going through his songs, 1,000 Volts of Holt is a really good album, what really turned me on to him was when I started to transcribe In the Morning, I still can’t find out who played the Bassline , I’ve got a few possibilities but nothing definite but it’s superb , I haven’t nailed it 100% but I’m not far away
  9. For me it was Natural Mystic-Bob Marley, it wasn’t technically difficult but the first time I heard that smooth deep bass start to fade in I just had to play it, I went on to learn the whole Exodus album, that was many years ago and I still play those tracks now , timeless songs
  10. Loving that, I’ve never heard it before, great Bassline
  11. Just had a look and I think you’re right, Phil King
  12. Apparently Felt were an English jangle pop band, formed in 1979, don’t know what jangle is though
  13. I’ve seen Shed and Buried, not sure if that counts 🤔
  14. Here’s the video, you might be able to see if it’s a clear pickguard, I think it might be coloured to match the body but not sure
  15. Ah yeah, I see what you’re saying, didn’t think of that
  16. @Bass Novice I got a shot of a nice jazz bass from a video I was watching, the pickguard matches the body, I wouldn’t mind this
  17. I’d say most people probably wouldn’t know any
  18. Yeah I thought that too , slightly different font but the same date stamp
  19. Didn’t the other one have a rosewood board
  20. Welcome Graffspree
  21. Why do I always have to look when I see ‘nothing to see here’ 😁
  22. On some Mikey Dread today , I like the driving Bassline on this, it’s a good one to play , and the jingle at the beginning I’m sure used to be on the Rodigan show or maybe from Tony Williams Reggae Rockers
