  1. Out of interest, how long did it take you to learn that up to speed
  2. I always leave feedback, and apart from a few, feedback has always been left for me, I think it’s an important part of the basschat marketplace, if I’m going to spend a lot of money on something it’s nice to see other people’s experiences , and you can deal with confidence 🙂
  3. Can you remember the track stew
  4. You mean there’s more than 5 frets, I’ll have to wipe the dust off 😁
  5. There’s a bit of info about Aston here I remember reading from notreble 🙂https://www.notreble.com/buzz/2014/06/26/legend-an-interview-with-aston-family-man-barrett/

  8. Great bass, that’s a bargain jezzaboy, I’ve already got 7 jazzes or I would 🙂, GLWYS
  9. When I made kitchens or wardrobes I used to have to dowel all the carcasses together with a jig, not very often these days , but now I use this, it’s quite a versatile tool
  10. I used to have one of those back in the day for making kitchen units
  11. Hi Pete, If you wanted to know the technical differences you could give Ashdown a call and speak to Dave green, he will tell you everything you want to know , he’s their amp designer and technician 🙂
  12. Just bought some strings from Adrian, quick delivery and a gentleman to deal with, many thanks, Tony 👍

  17. Thanks cuzzie, I wasn’t dragging the track across, which I’ve just done 👍 and it plays , but I can’t hear the bass unless I switch the irig2 switch off of FX and on to thru , then the track goes off
  18. None taken , I was totally joking , it really isn’t class 😁
  19. Steady on, that was a class instrument back in the day 😂😂
  20. Thanks cuzzie 👍
  21. Many Thanks cuzzie, I’ll take another look, I lost hours yesterday trying to figure it out , I was looking for the simplest way to record the bass over a backing track
  22. Thanks woodinblack, yeah it’s on my iPad, I’ll take a look at JamUp and BIAS amp 👍
  23. Quick question here for a novice 🤓, I installed GarageBand yesterday, and I have an irig2, and after a lot clicking around managed to import a backing track a friend sent me, and I’ve sort of found out how to record my bass, but I can’t play over the backing track and hear what I’m playing, it’s one or the other, on this video at 3.42 it says there’s a monitor option, but it isn’t on the app, any ideas, cheers
  24. It’s not the greatest video quality, but I enjoyed this solo at 2.24 over a Burning spear cover
