I know there’s many people on here that have a great knowledge of vintage fenders, it’s a big interest of mine, and Inspired by a few other threads where various questions have been asked about things like, serial numbers, bridges, cases, pots, pickups , wiring , tuners etc , some great answers and information came back . so I thought this would be a good place to share it. Also if you have a vintage fender please show us 🙂

  15. I don’t know what parts you’ve got yet Dan, but I’ve got a bridge you can have for free that came off a mim fender jazz, the D screw head has a bit of rust but it works fine, if it’s any good to you .

  19. I’ve got the Tamlins pumping this morning, great old tune and at 3.20 the bass is spot on, a good one to play
  20. I bought a bass from a shop in Amsterdam and I asked if I had to pay any duties, and I was told no because the vat had already been added by the shop , so it only cost me the price that was shown 🙂
