  1. Fantastic Chris, thank you for all your work 👍
  2. I’ve just tried to find the order, but I’m sure it was a mabelline candy apple , because my P has dulled a bit, it’s 22 years old,
  3. Just a suggestion gekkko, have you tried nail polishes, I used a candy apple red on some chips on my P bass , and it matched quite well
  4. Just bought a book from Kyle, a pleasure to deal with , very quick and easy, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from him, thanks Tony
  5. Nice groove myke, I might have to steal that Bassline 🙂
  6. I know i know , what was I thinking 😂
  7. Not sure if you would call it a jazz but the body on my Sandberg TT, is definitely smaller than my jazzes especially around the lower horn for easier access to the higher frets (not that I get that high 😁)
  8. I can’t say I like that one and I don’t think I’ve ever played one but they do look ergonomically comfortable, Kulit17 has a few beautiful black ones in the black bass thread.
  9. What’s the nut width please PTB
  10. How about this one that my cousin wrote and composed
  11. Fantastic tune, still really big in Ibiza, I go every year ☝️
  12. Yeah I think the remix sounds better than the original
  13. Just heard this one, would you say it’s a dance tune
  14. Out of interest, what’s different about the resistors in the stack knob ones and the vvt
  15. I dug out a bit of Junior Reid the other day , I’d forgotten how good the bass is and a nice rhythm here but I don’t know much about Ruddy Simbal, Does anyone have any info on him
  16. I’ve signed 👍
  17. On a barrington levy one today, while driving through Chigwell
  18. Beautiful collection 👍
  19. I’ve given one of my old jazzes a makeover, it’s now got a black headstock with a gold decal, and Ive changed the tort pickguard for a black single ply one , which I think looks so much better, and I quite like the strat knobs so I’ve left them on and I’ve kept the really well played in flats on 🙂
  20. All my playing was mainly through the 80s and early 90s , I just do a few private reggae parties now and play at home, I’ve always worked so I never really relied on the money, but I really feel for those who rely on the money from playing to pay their bills, it must be tough going, I hope things pick up soon 🙂
  21. A nice little Alton Ellis mix, you will recognise the Bassline on track 2 🙂
  22. Could you do PayPal when you are there, that way you get to see the bass before you pay
  23. The first time I heard this was in Pacha Ibiza, massive tune
  24. I’ve posted this somewhere before, but I use podiatry foam which I got from work, it’s quite soft and it fits just right, it doesn’t alter the intonation at all
