  1. I came across this the other day, I’m fairly certain it’s the original , cut in 1973 that was on African museum label ,that Errol Dunkley started with Gregory Isaacs ,nice old tune 🙂

  10. I used my MB115 cab with a Ashdown 115 cab through my markbass amp , And it sounded awful to me , but when I used my Ashdown head with the same cabs it sounded great, the amp definitely made a difference.

  14. I was playing, book of rules by the heptones the other day and this video by davey of Cambridge bass lessons popped up, he does a good breakdown of a really nice Bassline , for anyone who is interested.

I use an LB30 through a MB115 cab for home practice , and with the bass switch off it does go fairly quiet, I’ve never tried it through anything smaller than a 115 , but I would’ve thought a smaller speaker would maybe be a bit quieter, I’ve also got mine on an isolation pad to reduce vibration , because I’ve got painted floorboards 🙂

  19. I was subjected to it Saturday by my partner but I resolved it with YouTube and my headphones 😁
  20. I’ve never had a westone but I often look at them, and that one looks exceptionally nice, especially the colour scheme of the woods , very nice ☝️

  22. The wood can dry out over time and it just moisturises and replemishes the natural oils, it also seals it , I’ve read it should only be done maybe once or twice a year 🙂
  23. I normally use the fender spray cleaner so I’m gonna give the little kit a go,
