  3. I was subjected to it Saturday by my partner but I resolved it with YouTube and my headphones 😁
  4. I’ve never had a westone but I often look at them, and that one looks exceptionally nice, especially the colour scheme of the woods , very nice ☝️
  5. Heard this today, great tune
  6. The wood can dry out over time and it just moisturises and replemishes the natural oils, it also seals it , I’ve read it should only be done maybe once or twice a year 🙂
  7. I normally use the fender spray cleaner so I’m gonna give the little kit a go,

  14. There’s a band I follow called Raging Fyah, they have been around from about 2006, and have been supporting since then , but they are now starting to headline , well worth a listen.
  15. Thanks for that GisserD, ☝️I’ve just had a quick listen to the resonators and they are really good, this one has an old school lovers feel to it .
  16. I’ve removed quite a few necks before to check the date stamps, I laid mine out on a flat surface with a few bath towels and a few bits of foam under the body , so as not to mark it and just took my time, also , ease the neck off gently so you don’t chip the paint 🙂
  17. Drum song is a classic, that Bassline has been used in so many songs over the years.
  18. Thanks to @Frank Blank introducing me to these, I’m now an official samsara fan 🙂
  19. I’m so glad to hear that you’re a fan TheGreek,☝️ I first saw black uhuru in the 80s , and I was totally blown away, Robbie is my favourite bass player , imo it was the best era for reggae.
  20. Thanks ☝️
  21. How old is it funkydoug, thanks.
  22. Exodus was the first album I ever bought and Babylon by bus is a great album , I prefer female vocalists sometimes, this is one of my favourites
  23. I just thought I’d start a general reggae thread where anything reggae or ska related can be posted , like videos , events, news , techniques, equipment, anything your working on , or just about anything really 🙂 I started bass lessons when I was about 15 and was taught by a blues bassist , but I quickly found out that reggae was my passion, so I was playing blues and reggae, this was one of the first tunes I played ,
  24. I didn’t know that 👍
