  1. I use mine with a BB2 gen 3 and it matches well
  2. I take my RM500 to the studio in the shoulder bag and I play reggae and dub, it has plenty of lows and it’s not really what I would call a bright sounding amp especially with the shape button ,and they have a super quiet fan, if you wanted more power there’s the RM800 which I think is the same , they are reasonably priced now too
  3. Welcome Yolanda
  4. If you’re finding it comfortable to play I’d buy it for that money, just give it a clean up and I would oil the fretboard if it was mine ,and if it needs setting up then it will play even better, imo if you want to change the pickups then Tonerider ones can be bought fairly cheap and they are very good , they come up for sale here now and again , good luck
  5. Loving that Tim, nice drumbeat and smooth Bassline, top job
  6. Ah yeah , that one went right over my head 😁
  7. 1971 precision
  8. Really nice
  9. It makes no difference to me ,but wouldn’t a Entwhistle fan pay more for it which would up the bidding price
  10. Thanks for that, I’ll be watching for that one, I think the provenance may take the price way too high for me but should be interesting
  11. From my local radio station loving this, really funky Bassline , might have to give it a go
  12. They just had a build up to playing it on radio 2 while I was driving I listened to it , I’m not a Beatles fan but thought it was just ok really,
  13. The ramp on one of my jazzes goes between the pickups, it doesn’t affect the sound
  14. I don’t know much about that sort of thing but does that mean the pickup would need to be rewound
  15. Hi, welcome
  16. I don’t think it had any red originally, didn’t they do a tobacco burst back then
  17. Hi ,mark at Talkingbass.net would be my recommendation too , good luck Paul just to add, Dan Hawkins has some very good material to look through too
  18. I saw that, you would have thought they would have fixed it before listing, unless they wanted to keep it all original by not changing anything?
  19. Thanks for sharing, I remember when that came out, such a great bassline to play, it’s been posted before but this is one of my favourite videos
  20. Thanks t-h ill check that out
  21. Welcome Jazzy
  22. I’ve always really liked this but never got around to learning it properly , I’m having to break it down slowly into small sections as it moves around quite a bit , great Bassline though
  23. No problem Myke, thank you for doing this in the first place 🙏
  24. Lovely
