  1. Definitely odd , hope you get it sorted out soon mr plumber
  2. Also before you send the money my bank says that it’s found a match or not, if it goes somewhere else after that then that’s something beyond your control I would have thought
  3. How does that even work, you enter a name, account number and sort code and confirm , then the money goes to a completely different person , could it be a bank error ?
  4. And completely all original too, nice
  5. That’s one nice looking bass, i like the earlier black ones too
  6. Quite enjoyed playing this today while I was working on my summerhouse , the new melodians

  11. That’s what I think too, i like the early 70s ones myself but lately I’ve been browsing 60s ones, there’s a shop near me that has a 65 and a 66 in , I keep meaning to go and have a look out of curiosity, they are in great condition
  12. Looks great for not a lot of money, Good luck with your sale
  13. Doesn’t seem a bad price really ,if like has been said it’s all good, I’ve never played a 57, don’t they have quite a chunky neck

  17. Looks like the E tuner has been been changed too, and the control plate doesn’t look that old
  18. Yeah definitely, I too like the deep tort original pickguards
  19. Great colour, really nice bass
  20. A 73 jazz has come up on reverb, it doesn’t look too bad , it’s had a new pickguard and brass nut fitted which looks out of line on my phone https://reverb.com/uk/item/73413676-1973-fender-jazz-bass-sunburst-fender-hard-shell-case
  21. The whole album is one of my favourites, along with Kaya and Uprising, I bought them all when they came out and I’ve still got them
  22. If we’re talking reggae basses, this is one I’d happily play
  23. Really loving the this, it’s the B side I’m looking for which is the instrumental and called Rock dem Riddim, but after a lot of searching it doesn’t seem to be available on digital only on vinyl
  24. It’s a bit difficult to value without knowing what is and what isn’t original, most people buying will ask for the normal information and pictures, which is pickup dates, pot dates and wiring etc, maybe get someone to do this for you if you’re not comfortable doing it
  25. Welcome Dallas
