  1. I’m struggling to find anything right 😁
  2. I’m not really up on PJ’s , but all US precision’s and jazzes I’ve got and have had before have all adjusted at the heel, the logo’s are wrong and the bridge isn’t right and the knobs look quite high up the body to me
  3. Isn’t the seller a cash converters
  4. Still working on this Tony Gadd Bassline which is covered well by Abdell here
  5. Someone I haven’t got around to seeing yet is Stephen Marley, really tight band and he’s put out some great tunes
  6. Welcome frank
  7. Have you put out a wanted ad here ,they pop up occasionally on reverb too I’ll keep an eye out for you
  8. Welcome DougNiss
  9. Been giving the PF50T a bit of a blast lately, sounds good though the big baby
  10. Really nice job, great work, that’s come out looking like new and I like the badge , back in the day I had a few HH cabs, mine were really reliable but pretty heavy compared to some now, this was one I had
  11. Thanks Chris, I think I’ll give that one a try
  12. Once I’ve learned a song and played it quite a few times I tend to drift away from it and only play it once every now and again, one Bassline I never tire of playing is this by Robbie Shakespeare, it really drives the song

Lovely, I wouldn’t refinish it myself it looks cool
  14. I don’t know much about pedals but playing reggae and dub I did experiment a bit with a few to get really deep bass , the only one I found good that I still use occasionally is the Ampeg bass preamp, you can boost the bass and it still sounds good without that distorted sound if your cabs can take it, there might be a few suggestions here

Very nice, Looks great as it is, what year is that one Dicey
  16. Time to book your next one 👍
  17. I don’t know that song, but if I need to up my speed for certain tracks I do pretty much what Acebass does above, I’m not a very fast player so I break it down into sections until I’ve got all the notes comfortably and then slowly up my speed, I did include some speed exercises into my practice routine before and it definitely helped, good luck ☝️
  18. Would the stamps on the pots give you any more information , you already know the year , but when you put all your findings together it’s all good to know
  19. That’s really nice, not sure if any info here is useful
  20. I’ve always got a bass within reaching distance, I play it unplugged just to work out basslines or noodling , I’ve also got a Yamaha SessionCake for headphones which is quite a handy little thing
  21. Yeah, me too, I’d expect them in sealed packaging
