I normally write out my practice routine depending on what I’m working on for each week or month , but always end up just playing the tunes I like 😁, this year I intend to stick with my practice
When I ordered mine I had to go through a shop but you could try and enquire here, this is the email they replied to me with about a few questions [email protected]
I never really measured the height ,I just setup with the lowest action possible but a shop once asked so I bought a gauge and 1.5 at the 12th is my maximum i like, a friend of mine who is a really great player has 3mm and I find his basses hard work to play
You may have already looked but I’d recommend Mark at Talkingbass, he covers lots of theory and tips from beginner to advanced and he doesn’t waffle on like some others
You’re not the only one, I don’t mind what wood it is but it has to be dark, darker the better really, I won’t buy a bass with a light coloured fingerboard , my Sandberg had an ebony board which is so nice
I’ve got the 4 string and they balance perfectly fine, the frets can feel further away at first but you adjust in minutes, really great basses in every way, GLWYS smanth 👍
