  1. I have! It’s been my mainstay bass for a while! Great tonal variation of sound too.
  2. Boss OC2. Got quite a few so moving this on. No back label unfortunately Used but fair condition can post at buyers expense.
  3. Hercules Triple Stand for sale. Used but in good condition apart from one of the "grabbers" doesn't close properly on one side but doesn't effect the functionality. Pickup preferred but could ship at buyers expense (it's quite weighty)
  4. Here I have my Markbass STD 151 HR & Roqsolid Cover up for sale. Used live once & has been sat in the studio for a while. Open to offers but no trades. Pickup definitely preferred but could meet within a reasonable distance of South Wales. IMG_0206.HEIC
  5. 3 packs of unopened Stadium Detroit Flatwounds (not sure why they are in 5 string packs with sticker covering the B) Price is per pack Pickup preferred but can ship also.
  6. Two packs of unopened Stadium Standard strings (five string packs) Price is per pack. Pickup preferred but can ship also.
  7. Here is my Spirit by Steinberger XT-25 up for sale. Open to offers but no trades. I bought it during the pandemic & have used it one rehearsal in total. Great condition & comes with the original soft case too. Pickup preferred but could ship at buyers expense & if i can find a box too! No trades as this is to fund another bass purchase.

Now I have Dazed! Thank you

  9. Here is my Fender Vintera 60's Mustang bass for sale. It's in excellent condition apart from one little scratch on the pickup. I purchased it during the first lockdown & it's only had use on one remote recording session. Great bass but just not my thing at all sadly. I'm open to offers but no trades as it will go towards a new Stingray for myself. Includes the original gig bag. Pickup preferred but could ship at the buyers cost (will need to get a box etc)
  10. I'm doing a bass masterclass @ Rhythm Hub Gloucester 03/10/21 https://www.phillcourtmusic.com/single-post/gloucester-bass-masterclass-03-10-21

Ooooh - what have you bought? Do tell.....
I must admit, the fact that it's more than one does make suspicious that you have won the lottery ;)

You're right you shouldn't have...as your punishment you should have to send them to me so that you learn your lesson.

Harsh maybe, but sometimes tough love is the best way.

New Overwater soon & a P Bass coming today hopefully lads!

  14. That was my first step really 😂 I’m not one to tell people to get stuff but yeah do it! 😂
  15. Thanks! I find it’s got a bit more heft & weight to the sound compared to the EB modern ones
  16. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I think it "classes" it up a little bit haha!
  17. Yeah, a few dings here & there as usual but all pretty decent holding up well
  18. I got one!

Ah that's amazing!! Body looks like mine, cept with the proper old school bridge + mutes. Really love the bound neck as well

  19. After a long(ish) search & after exhausting all other options including getting Ernie ball to make a new one, BFR's & five strings I finally got my hands on this exquisite bass. Via a private sale & at a decent price I've finally got one! Plays absolutely beautifully & weighs a tonne too! Fretboard was swapped a few years ago by a studio in London & new bound ebony fretboard installed. At first I wasn't really keen on the binding, but it's growing on me. Hipshot D Tuner installed (I have the OG tuner) but alas no original hardcore. This is my second ever vintage bass after my 72 Jazz & I've fallen in love! Unfortunately I don't think I'll be using her for every gig I'm hired for, but I will try my dammed hardest! Serial starts No. B00. Neck signed by "Andy" IMG_3658.heic IMG_3659.heic IMG_3660.HEIC IMG_3656.heic

I had GAS for one of them once. It didn't end well for my bank balance.

My 5HH was such that I didn't need to practise. I just opened the case and it would start to play.
That's the mating call of a true musical instrument.

  21. New Overwater is all specced out apart from top wood!

That does sound nice! Still can’t make my mind up! It’s based off of the new hollow body single cut bass. 6 string fretted 👌

  22. Finally working on my specs for a new Overwater 😁😁

  23. Looking for a pedal bridge of sorts from a UK manufacturer, only finding American providers who don't ship to the UK!

Ikea shelf insert and some tweaking might work. Will cost an hour and 3 quid.
