Hey Y'all, Unfortunately, I have to replace the electronics in my 2001 Kinal MK-5 fretless 5 string bass (don't ask, just trying to make lemons 2 lemonade...). I have always loved the 'acoustic' sound I get when practicing without an amp. So, I am searching for pickups that will get me as close as I can to the natural sound I get playing unamplified. I had 2 active Basslines Jazz pickups and a preamp in it. Please advise. Thanks! Peace and blessings...
