Last of my 5 string basses up for sale. This Aria Deluxe Jazz has also been modified/upgraded. Now with an EMG 5 set married to an EMG 3 band 4 knob preamp. Vol/blend/bass,treble/mid,mid frequency with EMG knobs. Obviously this elevates it quite a bit from its previous spec. I have installed a new volume pot for sale as the old one was a bit scratchy. Pretty vast tonal possibilities here with the 3 band eq. The battery is in the main control cavity, the flip battery compartment is from the previous electrics and presently redundant, but could be utilised for 18v operation if desired. 18mm string spacing, 21 fret and weighs in at around 10.5lbs. In good all round condition aside from a couple of chips and some shallow buckle rash, see pics. Vibrant burst that doesn't come across as well as id like in the pics but very 70's. Nice low set up with new Ernie Ball nickel rounds. I will include an old but functional gig bag along with Free uk postage. Any questions please ask. Cheers

For sale My Tanglewood Musicman classic 5 string. I modified it quite a bit from its original spec which was pretty standard MM passive fare. Fine as it was but I wanted an active version and it seemed a good basis for a project. The pickups are 2 individual artec soapbar single coils placed together and used primarily as one double coil pickup. The preamp is an Ibanez circuit taken from an SR 300. 2 band with a passive tone, vol , blend configuration. Big sounding bass with a lot of tonal options available. The blend is handy for rolling either way for a single coil tone. Nice neck and low action, String spacing is 18.5mm by my reckoning. Original string tree was replaced as the strings rattled badly so a 3 string one was installed making a huge difference. Condition I would say is very good but a few marks and small scratches consistent with age and use. Price includes UK POSTAGE. . Cheers.

For sale, My BB714BS Billy sheehan BB signature now discontinued and they don't come up all that often. Offered in very good used condition with a small lacquer chip on the headstock face(see pics).The bass features a mid p bass pickup and a neck woofer pickup as in all Billys basses. This variant is more accessible with its slimmer neck profile, single output and wallet friendly price point. Pickups are wired to individual volumes and an overall tone control which has a push/pull pot to split the humbucker. In the down position the humbucker is a single coil and when popped the full humbucker kicks in!! The hardware is cosmo black nickel and looks great against the Lava Red. If you are familiar with the BB414 series that will give you a good indication of how the bass plays and feels. Weighs around 9.5lbs but this is an estimate, not v heavy though. No case or bag. UK POSTAGE INCLUDED but if you need insured carriage I recommend arranging your own courier. I have lots of appropriate packaging. Cheers.

For sale A 90's (I think) Vester clipper 4 string thumb alike bass made in Korea. Good all round nic with a small area of buckle rash on the back and a shiny patch on the front from resting forearm. Vester accelerator B active J pickups wired to a straightforward vol/vol/tone provide a very punchy sound. Good tonal variety available and slap sound is great. Good set up and all working as you'd expect. New control knobs as the other ones were very tarnished but otherwise original. Headstock has a small lacquer chip. Price Includes UK POSTAGE. It will be double boxed and bubble wrapped.

For sale Nice budget bass which I used to try the world of short scale. New pickups, squier wiring harness and new Hofner strings have been added. Dodgy Pickups and electrics, and prehistoric strings adorned it when I bought her. The pickups are Fazley brand budgets and are hot at around 11k. I have used these in previous low rent projects and they sound modern and punchy. The body is also smaller than a standard P bass 2/3rd size?? Finished in a nice trans cherry. The neck though is the best part. Feels great and with a warm, smooth played in hue and skunk stripe. 37mm at the nut. There are age related marks and some scratches which I have pictured. For sale, Your favourite 1950's TV style Ashdown labs D600 210 combo. Excellent condition as you can see from the pictures. The amp was serviced in June (receipt included) so it is ready for many more years of faithful service. Combo is is 400 watt (approx) into the internal speakers then a full thumping 600 Watts with an extension cab. The front covers unscrew to allow access to the drivers. Needless to say they its not lightweight but very worth it. Really lovely all round amp and does deserve some proper use. Any questions I'll do my best to answer. Pick up only please.......

For sale, Buttercream Player precision body. In near perfect condition apart from a small ding on the upper bout (pictured). Early pictures make it look more cream than it is. The Last picture with the scratchplate shows the more yellowish colour best. The scratchplate and bridge are for demo purposes only as they don't fit this body. For sale Very nice Tanglewood 5 string. Very akin to the Ibanez and Cort basses in this modern style. Assuming it's Cort Factory bass but not 100%, its Korean made anyway. Mahogany body with 2 Mighty Might humbuckers wired to a 2 band preamp. Neck is a slim Wenge with a bubinga? fingerboard which feels great in the hand. Rear control cavity cover is split for slightly quicker battery change if required. Very impressive bass for comparatively little outlay. Condition is good used I'd say. Nothing major just playing marks and normal wear. See pics for confirmation. Everything works and adjusts as it should. Weight is around 9lbs and we'll balanced. String spacing is 17mm with a 44mm nut width. ESP decal is sticker only so easily removed. Any questions I'll do my best to answer Posting possible but PM to discuss please. Cheers.
