That sounds very weird. I've experienced something vaguely similar but nowhere near as extreme. The best way I can describe it is it's kind of like that scene from Men in Black where the little alien guy is inside the head of the human (puppet) furiously pulling leavers and working the body. It feels like my eyes are just windows and I'm inside looking out but not really interacting with the world or anything in it. I just assumed it was a part of my depressive personality and that everyone who suffers from the black dog probably feels the same. Dissociated, yes. But not out of body. Quite the opposite. More trapped inside.

Unfortunately it's not that straight forward here. Importing stuff from China is an absolute nightmare that requires reams of paperwork and several visits to port autoroutes etc. By the time I've finished with legal work, translators and running around burning fuel it negates any savings made by ordering from China in the first place. Last time I ordered something from China (mobile phone) I just ended up leaving it in customs because getting it out would have cost more than it was worth. It would actually work out cheaper and easier to buy the one from the UK and forward ship it.

What's the quality like? Is it payable / useable? I really like the look of this sixer, but as I'm always skint, would have to add Brexit tax, and currently not even in a band, it would be pretty pointless. Edit: Apologies, I see you've answered all those question on the other thread you linked. Thanks. Still it's giving me GAS at that price. 😂

I'd personally go with a power amp and 2 passive 15's. Lighter, more powerful, easier to transport and it would probably work out cheaper. I've had the Behringer 15"s for years. They're plastic casing and only weight about 17kg. Absolutely bullet proof and sound superb.

Grimethorpe is about 5 miles from my childhood home town. I've seen the colliery brass band many times. Absolutely superb!

I'm not sure if the delamination issues are with the bass. As I read the add it sounds like it's the case that's delaminated. I know very little about the bass, but it's very pretty, and electrical issues are easily fixed. I just can't understand raising the price when it didn't sell for the original price.

Stingray 5's are really growing in me to the point that they're now probably my favourite looking bass. I'm tempted to pick one up, but I have a 4 string HB copy and the neck is way too thick for my liking, and I don't like the feel of the flat fretboard. For those who own 5's, are they real baseball bat necks, and is the fretboard flat? I don't have the opportunity to try one here and those things would be a deal-breaker for me.
