  2. As far as I’m aware this was the only one they had. Fair question though if they had loads. I’d probably knock £100 off or something if that was the case... 😎
  3. £1700. Recently bought this beautiful bass new from Camden’s Bass Gallery. It’s only been gigged once. I just cannot get a sound that suits me. Someone else will love it I’m sure. It’s so so nice to play. The price is what I paid. Just testing the water as they say. If it doesn’t sell I’ll try new pickups probably. Honestly, this bass is perfectly made and I’m sad to be doing this. I was seduced by looks alone! I think it’s the only one with this spalted maple. At least I’ve not seen another one and I’ve looked!
  4. Thanks man, it’s a great bass. Thinking of doing this yeah, MusicMan shaped Bartolini’s. 👍
  5. Hi all, Recently bought a beautiful spalted maple Sandberg Ken Taylor from the Bass Gallery. (photo attached. She’s a beaut!) I cannot EQ it to a place where I’m happy with the sound. It comes with 2 Sandberg humbuckers. It’s too ‘Warwick-y’. Way too much high-mids. Too funky. What I’d prefer is a more chunky, full sound. My other bass is Lakland which I bloody love. I’m pretty useless when it comes to gear so does anyone have any opinions, options, suggestions. Thanks!
