I asked them to build me a '66 dot & bound Jazz. They could, but only if I sourced the dot & bound neck.
  2. For what? Metal?
  3. Try lowering your pups; they're way too high. Then lower saddles.
  4. AT least he doesn't own an accordion.....
  5. I foolishly sold my bass. It's was my very first bass. 😉 Been looking for it for years......
  6. I think he buys these in and floats them on his page for stinky poos'n'giggles.
  7. This could give He Who Shall Not Be Named ideas!
  8. The fact that they're called 'Clangers' is that as they gadd about on the Moon they make it 'clang' Ergo, Moon is indeed hollow!!
  9. Ahh.... I see what you mean. The original one I posted was a Tokia with a Blade neck!
  10. No, that's an authentic Tokai. Sure one was sold on here a couple of years back
  11. Yeh, I found some random page, around a year or so back, where they were all ranting about it being hollow. One of them was 'monitoring' the moon and was tracking a missile the Chinese had fired at it, for some unexplained reason, and when the missile hit, the guys said 'The Moon rang like a bell! It's hollow!' They live amongst us!
  12. I'll tell you who's gone quiet over the past few years: the Hollow Earthers!
  13. ISn't the low E of a bass guitar 40Hz? Or am I missing something?
  14. I did add 'fair enough'. Indeed, one he recommended did wonders for my back that no physiotherapist or - shudder - chiropractor could ever have done!
  15. Correct. It is the short right-sided individuals that are rare. As to taste? I believe it is they who are more tasty, due to the fact that they forage lower on the mountainside than their left-legged brethren and have access to the more succulent and more nutritious plants, worms and insects that inhabit those areas.
  16. You bad man! I love your style. That's almost like the tale I would spin to unsuspecting Americans about how haggis were real creatures, had their left legs shorter than their right, and were hunted in the mists that surrounded Scottish mountains.😁
  17. I have an erstwhile colleague who is vegan and into alternative, holistic medical treatments. Fair enough. He's also deep into the chemtrail/black beam conspiracy theory. He would get really uptight if you told him they were nothing but actual condensation trails.
  18. Ahhh....I remember that film. I'd love to see it but I won't entertain Netflix.
