  1. Yes it was, The only reason im having to sell is that I have ordered a new wal fretless and need to help fund it.
  2. Im sure it would go down to BEAD no problem maybe need a tweek with the set up, but no difference to changing string gauge.

    and yet another to go this time a fender jazz , jaco tribute bass copy, great looking bass not a mark on it great neckplate with jaco on. nice first fretless bass. there is no case or gig bag with this bass. looking for £200 ono REDUCTION £180
  8. another bass that has to go this Yamaha bb1500a fretless not sure of age serial number is 1122031 great condition not a mark on it , plays well very low action (a bit to low for me) but least it can be raised. great wah tones from it. comes with gig bag im asking £325 ono NOW SOLD!!

  15. Ken Smith basses are great!! I just got another one today! (hope pots are ok!!) and if I had the money would buy another. Lets give the man a break, he has made an effort on here . when im sure he has better things to do.

I bought a wal in 92, a few years later had a problem with one of the tuning pegs it was stiff, Gave Pete a call he said bring it in, Took it to wal, As i walked in Pete had a look straight away he led me to a room full of wal basses hanging up ,and said try any out ,ordered me a cup of tea left me in there for 20 mins(not long enough as i have never seen so many wals in one room, could have stayed allday) Then Pete said all done! in that time he replaced peg with new one , put on new set of strings cleaned the bass up. and said NO CHARGE!!! What service! I still have that wal and will never sell it. Trev.
