    Now £40 packed and ready for collection/courier. I'm selling a Gator gig bag that has rarely been out of the house. I prefer soft padded bags that fit in the car boot, and this one doesn't. It's 1230 x 400 x 120mm and was supplied with a 5-string Warwick corvette. I've also used it with a 5-string 34-inch scale Yamaha. £50 collected, or meet up within half an hour's drive of M6 J20.     I was given this many years ago and it has left the house once. Gator customer services have said that they do have spare lids occasionally, but I gave up asking after a while. As it says in the title, it is 4U high (actually about 4.5U to accomodate the telescopic handle, so a standard 4U lid doesn't fit) If you want a quality telescopic handle and wheels, this has got them. It you want to throw your gear in the back of a transit, this is probably not for you. Collection from Lymm, or M6 J20 sevices if you prefer, or shipped at your expense. David

    Selling my Samson Servo 170 amplifier. It's Class AB, with large heatsinks and no fan, so there is no fan noise. 85W per channel into 4 ohms - intended for studio monitoring etc. No facility to bridge the outputs. Inputs: Jack or phono.     A Studiospares 15 band stereo graphic EQ. Controls include EQ bypass and monitor pre-post. This model also includes a variable high-pass filter on each channel. Inputs and outputs are balanced XLR or screw-terminals Been in a rack since new, and rarely used, so I'm moving it on. £25 collected or £30 posted. Bank transfer preferred.

    Hartke HA4000 class AB 400w amplifier. It started making crackling noises, so I dosed all the input and FX sockets with switch cleaner. Switched it on and it worked - turned the volume up (quarter of a turn) and it blew the main fuse. The local amp tech says that it is not young enough or special enough to be worth spending his time on. Collection from Lymm (East of Warrington) if anyone wants to strip it for parts. David

    Nik wanted a Hercules bass stand and I had one sitting unused. A quick exchange of messages and the deal was done. Payment was promt and Nik confirmed when the item arrived. As others have said, deal with confidence. David

    I was looking for a full-range plate-amp, and thought a sub amp would do the job, but I could not find one that did not have a filter that took out everything about 200 Hz. As Beedster said, it will sound like mud if all you are getting is the fundamental and the first harmonic. David
