Hi guys I have an acoustic bass that I want to use more in a live setting but the last time I did, I had massive problems caused by the feedback from the sound hole. I have seen these sound hole covers but I am not 100% certain if they do cut out the feedback. Does anyone have any experience using the hole covers either on acoustic bass or even guitar? Thanks!

I love this album. Owen Biddle laid down some really tasty bass lines on that record but he has left and replaced by an equally funky Mark Kelly. Possibly my favourite is "Humanity (Love the Way It Should Be)" Nothing quite like The Roots.

It varies. In the first year, its Tuesday to Thursdsay then in Year 2 its Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in Semester 1 then Wednesday and Thursday in Semester 2. There are 2 classes on Thursday 1600 - 1800 and 1900 - 2100.

Hi Clarky I am studying Music Technology at the University of West London. I too work full time so the Foundation degree may be ideal for you. Its 3 evenings a week 1900 - 2100 and in each semester, you will study a Recording Module. Its a 2 year course and if you pass that, you have the option to make it a BA by taking the 3rd Year. Thanks. I didnt think I needed a compressor until I played back a slap bass line I recorded. As things stand, looks like the Aguilar TLC might be added to the board.

There seems to be a 0.1mm discrepancy between the Yamaha stock knobs and the ones uncle is suggesting. Shouldnt be a problem...or should it?

Thanks iconic! I mean the knobs. The bass has the factory standard black knobs but I am looking for something to complement the colour of the bass itself.

Hi guys, Not sure if this is the right forum but I have a Yamaha TRB5F and I am looking to replace the volume control knobs. Can anyone suggest 1) suitable knobs that will work well on the bass and 2) a tech good at this thing? Many thanks
